Henoto S.p.A., which has always been committed to inclusion, diversity and gender equality policies, has undertaken the path towards UNI PDR 125:2022 Gender Equality certification.
Through this milestone, the company concretely commits to demonstrating its willingness, already being implemented in the current working context, to treat individuals of different genders in a fair and equitable manner, promoting a healthier working environment, where diversity is celebrated, thus leading to more positive relations between colleagues and a sense of belonging and solidarity among them.
The process will include initiatives aimed at fostering a fair and inclusive working environment, leading the company to adopt policies to reduce the gender gap in all the areas of greatest concern, such as career opportunities, equal pay for equal work, gender diversity management policies and maternity protection.
